Event returns Aug. 8 to Carlisle Barracks Golf Course
Registration will open this week for the Wildcat Foundation’s 16th Annual Golf Outing.

The outing, sponsored again by Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates, will take place on Friday, Aug. 8, 2025 and returns to the Carlisle Barracks Golf Course. Event sign-in and lunch open at noon, with the scramble format teeing off at 1 p.m. Dinner and awards follow golf between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.
The golf outing serves as one of the foundation’s 3 main fundraisers in our annual mission to raise money to fund grants for programs in the Mechanicsburg Area School District. Through the event’s first 15 years, we have raised more than $350,000. This money helps our education foundation deliver grant funding to support our mission to “strengthen the educational, cultural, wellness, and athletic programs of the Mechanicsburg Area School District.”
For the 2024-2025 school year we expect to distribute more than $90,000 in funding.
Sponsorship opportunities remain for the event. Thank you to early-bird returning sponsors listed on the side of the page for their continued support of the foundation’s work!
