Wildcat Foundation Commits $36,500 In Scholarships

At Senior Awards’ Night on May 26, 2022, the Wildcat Foundation was honored to commit $36,500 in scholarship funds.
The Mechanisburg Club/Wildcat Foundation Scholarship was endowed by The Club in 2012, and since then, has awarded four, $4,000 scholarships annually. This year’s recipeints are Daniel Rogers and Micah Waring, attending PSU; Raihanna Yameogo, will attend Rider Univrsity; and Sandy Yuping, who will attend the Culinary Institute of America.

The first recipient of the newly established Charles H., Jr. and Jane Eagle Diller Business Scholarship is Ryan Wilson. Ryan will recieve $5,000 for each of his qualifiying four years studying Finance and Business Administration Management at Bloomsburg University.

Mr. and Mrs. Diller grew up in south central Pennsylvania and are now residents of Silver Spring Township.  Mr. Diller spent most of his professional career working for JLG Industries, Inc. Prior to his retirement from JLG, he held the positions of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director.  He also served his country as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and is a Viet Nam veteran. 

Mrs. Diller is a MASH alumna; as an adult, she focused on raising a family, and she continues to be actively engaged with her church’s youth programs.

Through this scholarship, the Diller’s are committed to providing financial assistance to help students who desire to pursue business and entrepreneurial goals, obtain a college education.

Another first is the Stock & Leader Education Scholarhip. Congratulations to Gabriela Ramos, who will study elementary education at Slippery Rock University.
